Quarantine Core Killer - HIIT Workout

The news has been announced that we’re now facing 3 weeks of quarantine in the UK. For our Supreme friends worldwide, we know this may have been something you have been going through already. This is the reality so its time we tried to make the most of it.

 

We’re going to be running a series of guides along with advice from our PTs and ambassadors but today we’ll keep it simple. Lets start with a core workout circuit you can do at home without equipment.

Are Workouts Without Equipment Worth It?

 

Before we get started lets nip this one in the bud.  You can 100% still workout without equipment. It can make things trickier but if you up the intensity you’ll still get yourself an amazing workout. The key is to go hard, using weights and equipment will naturally up your intensity. When working without equipment, its down to you to go fast and hard.

 

 

HIIT Workout With Alex Parsons

 

This workout is a classic from our PT Alex Parsons. Give this a try and let us know how you get on!

 

Work for 30 seconds on each exercise and rest for 20 seconds in between. Repeat the circuit 4 times with a 2 minute rest in between each circuit.

Make sure that where we isolate one side of the body were working for 15 seconds each side. (Backwards lunge to knee drive)

We should be going maximal effort for each of the exercises, be sure to count how many reps you get in the first round as a marker for when you repeat the exercise in the workout.

1. Crawl out to press ups
2. Kneeling to Squat
3. Kick Sits
4. Climbers
5. Burpee
6. Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive
