Why Do I Love Parkour?

I love parkour because it doesn't just give you physical strength but it also builds your mental characteristics too, from working hard to complete challenges in Parkour it gives you a mental strength that you can encompass into your everyday life.

How Do You Get Started in Parkour?

The easiest way to get started is to google your city with the word 'parkour' and they'll often be classes that you can attend and start learning the fundamentals. If there aren't classes, they'll often be people who practice parkour close to home that will often be more than happy to introduce you to the sport and help you learn.

What Is The Craziest Place Parkour Has Taken You?

At the end of 2018, I was flown to Mexico City to attend and be a Judge for a parkour gathering and competition. I had only met the organizers over email, but they welcomed me into their home and showed me the beauty of Mexico.

What Exerices Do You Do To Improve Strength For Parkour?

The strength that we need in parkour is very explosive and predominantly comes from the legs. Three of the best exercises we use are box jumps, squats, and deadlifts.
