Apple BCAA Mocktails

Got your hands on our Apple BCAAs? Looking for a more exciting way to stay hydrated during the day? Use our refreshing Apple BCAAs to create quick, easy and energising mocktails! 

Apple Mojito


  • 12 Mint Leaves
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml freshly squeeze lime juice
  • 80ml Apple Juice
  • One Serving of Supreme Nutrition Apple BCAAs (11.5g) 
  • Soda Water or Sparkling water to top up 

You can also add sugar/sugar syrup (20ml) to sweeten this mocktail even more but we would advise against this if you're trying to keep it healthy!


1. Crush some Ice and add it to a glass 

2. Add your Mint Leaves, Lemon and Lime and stir it up 

3. Add the apple juice and BCAAs

4. Top with Soda Water or Sparkling Water 


Elderflower and Apple Mocktail



1. Fill a glass with ice and add 200ml of water and elderflower cordial  - or sparkling water if you want to spice it up!

2. Squeeze in the lime wedges and add 4 mint leaves, stir then remove. 

3. Garnish with the remaining mint leaf to serve.
