Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Sometimes we all just need something quick, easy and healthy to start the day. If you’re looking for a morning energizer then look no further than this healthy smoothie recipe. Quick, simple and packed full of goodness!

Below you’ll find the lowdown on our balanced smoothie blend but feel free to add and change as you please. Using our protein shakes and blends as the foundations to your smoothie will guarantee you a healthy start either way (just don’t start adding chocolate bars!)

Since we’re focussing on Breakfast we’ve packed in a good dose of protein to help you feel fuller for longer, plus some vital anti-oxidants to give you a refreshing start to the day.

Blend It Up: 

1 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
3 Scoops Supreme Nutrition Vanilla Diet Whey *
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds

Depending on your servings the above roughly equates to: 470 calories, 40 g protein, 59 g carbs, 12 g fiber, 18 g fa
