30g of Protein, Healthy fats plus key vitamins and antioxidants...

2 Avocados
3 Tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Of Honey
1 and Half Scoop Of Supreme Whey Concentrate
Dash Of Milk

This one couldn't be easier! Add all of the above ingredients together. Blend it up until smooth and there you go. Done!
