Vegan Protein Pancakes
So last week we gave you our protein mousse recipe but this week we're going to change it up. We all have a little more time on our hands so here's a knockout Vegan Protein Pancake mix to occupy your time! 
We've kept this recipe as simple as possible so it should only take you 5 - 10 mins to get these pancakes looking good!

 

Ingredients
 

1 Cup of Flour

1 Tablespoon of Sugar

2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder

1/8 Teaspoon of Salt

1 Cup Of Soy/Almond Milk

1 Scoop Of Supreme Vanilla Vegan Protein

 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil

Preparation

In a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir to combine.

In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, add soy/almond milk, Supreme Vegan Protein, and stir to combine

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.

Let batter rest for 5 minutes.

Pour about ½ cup (65 grams) of batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.

When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.

Serve warm with maple syrup.

    Tip: There's around 15g of Protein in one scoop of our Vegan Protein Powder. We recommend you stick to that as any more could dry out your pancakes - nobody wants that!
