WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE IT?
Supreme Nutrition Pre-workout will work whenever you take it – but for maximum effect when training, timing is indeed everything. We recommend taking Supreme Nutrition pre-workout 15-30 minutes before your workout is scheduled to begin.
Our Pre-workout provides you with a significant boost so we do recommend that you monitor the effects and timings to assure you make the most of your shake.
It is also worth noting that if you train in the evenings, you should avoid taking our pre-workout less than four hours before the you aim to go to sleep (the product contains caffeine and sleep is vital for growth!)

HOW DO YOU TAKE IT?
