Concentrate - When should you take it?

This is because the body’s metabolism is at its highest, and your muscles fibres have been torn, leaving them in need of repair – which is where our Whey Protein Concentrate performs best.

However, if you are looking to build serious muscle, one protein shake pre and/or post workout is not always enough – unless you are consistently eating very high protein foods.
