35g of Protein and 65g of Carbohydrates plus key vitamins and antioxidants...
1 and a half scoop chocolate protein
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 tea spoon cocoa powder
75ml coconut milk or any milk
Whizz all the above up until smooth, pour over 60g oats and leave in the fridge over night
Add toppings of your choice, any berries and some desiccated coconut is always a winner
