Very Berry Protein Shake

Have you been looking for a new breakfast idea? Or even a lunch and dinner alternative? We’ve created a berry shake you can enjoy at breakfast or as a snack during the day. This shake is packed with protein, fibre, healthy fats, phytonutrients and probiotics.

The beauty of shakes is that they’re super easy to make. You’ll need to get yourself a blender if you don’t have one already. From there, you can really just experiment with your favourite ingredients. Sometimes it can depend on your own preference, try this shake as your base and see if you want to change anything.

Blend This:

350ml Water

1 cup spinach (around 60 grams, go for a big handful)

2 cups frozen mixed berries (around a 100 grams)

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

2 scoops Supreme Whey Concentrate vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp walnuts

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Tips

  1. The more frozen berries you throw in the sweeter and juicier your shake will be
  2. We would say a dollop of yoghurt but this is up to you. The yoghurt will make it thicker and creamier
  3. Remember you can substitute whey concentrate for our Vegan Whey
